Dustin is currently a Pure Sweat Basketball Skills Coach for Arkansas and the surrounding areas, as well as the Head Varsity Basketball Coach of the Paris Lady Eagles. He brings over 8 years of experience in basketball skill development training and 5 years of experience as a head coach in the high school ranks. Before joining Pure Sweat, Dustin has previously held the title of youngest head coach in the state of Arkansas, as well as one of the youngest head coaches in the nation after graduating from Arkansas Tech University. He was elected to the MAIS All-Star Basketball Coaching Staff after the 2014-2015 season. Dustin also founded the 1120Basketball Skill Development Company that trained athletes in the Arkansas River Valley area. Dustin has been very active in all aspects of basketball from helping with camps, coaches clinics and combines, to breaking down film analytics for FIBA. Dustin has previously spent his time helping facilitate NBA/DLeague and International Exposure Combines for Eurohoops Placement Services and Primetime Basketball. In both 2014 and 2015, Dustin was a FIBA Film Breakdown/Analytics Project Coordinator for a private group who helped FIBA coordinate and break down game film for every men’s and women’s national team in each age division. He has also been a lead instructor for the Tough University Summer Skills Academy for college players as well as helped out with the Tony Allen Pro Camps in Memphis. With his strong background in basketball, love for the game, and passion to continue to help kids reach the next step in their lives, Dustin is confident that he can help student-athletes reach their dreams.
