Eder served on staff at Roosevelt High School in Eastvale, CA for two years as a Varsity assistant / Associate Head Coach and coordinated & facilitated all aspects of building a successful high level high school program that laid a foundation for a team that went on to win a state championship in 2017 while Eder continued to work with the team's top players as their skills coach. Eder also worked at the Division I level in college basketball as Video Coordinator / volunteer assistant at UC Riverside and assisted the Director of Operations in all aspects of running a Division I program. Sanchez joined UC Riverside in the 2010-11 Season, a year where the Highlanders made Division I history as the Highlanders upset second seeded Cal Poly in the first round of the 2011 Big West Conference tournament advancing to the semifinals in Big West postseason play for the first time ever in school history.
